The 5-Day Consulting Sprint is a live, small-group working week where you and I, Sarah Osman, build or upgrade your consulting offer together using the Ela GROWTH Blueprint®, the same framework Ela members use to go from idea to income.

Each day, you do the work, share it, and get my direct feedback. By Friday, you'll have a clear, priced consulting offer and outreach sent to real prospects.

This isn't a course you watch later. It's a working week. I've been running my own consultancy since 2014, and every mistake, every breakthrough, every lesson is in this Blueprint. Now I build it with you. Live.

📅 Monday 10 August — (Re)Package your offer! What are you actually selling right now? We strip it back. You'll name your expertise and identify the 2–3 services hiding inside your experience. I review every draft. You'll leave with: a service taxonomy. 14:00–15:30 CET

📅 Tuesday 11 August — What's your story, and how can clients work with you? We design your offers together, live. Diagnostic, sprint, retainer, workshop, advisory: you pick the formats that fit your work and your clients. I review your drafts in the session. You'll leave with: 2–3 packaged offers, outlined and described. 14:00–15:30 CET

📅 Wednesday 12 August — Finding and winning the right clients! A deep dive into prospecting: how to identify your best-fit clients, map the different categories of prospects open to you, and get into the rooms where the work is. You'll leave knowing exactly who to approach and how. 14:00–15:30 CET

📅 Thursday 13 August — Pricing and winning contracts! Price your offers, not by the hour but by the value you create. Build your one-page sell sheet. Write your outreach. You'll leave with: a finished service menu, a sell sheet, and outreach sent. 14:00–15:30 CET

📅 Friday 14 August — Ela Office Hour Bring your final questions and let's work through them together. 14:00–15:30 CET

Sessions are recorded and shared if you miss one.
